1883 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1883 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1883 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Access to the 1883 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 1883 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify the required age eligibility.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1883 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1883 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.
1883 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time, particularly prior to processing high-value withdrawals.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 1883 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
All activity that occurs on your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1883 immediately through the customer support channel.
Users are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone. 1883 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
1883 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, manipulative of the system, or detrimental to the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including the unauthorised use of another person's credit card or payment method
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or attempting to obtain other users' data
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1883 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity. In the case of a justified closure, any unclaimed balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to all withdrawal conditions being met.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the account is officially closed.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1883 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the current policy stated in the payment section of your account.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 1883 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the user's account tier.
Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the wagering requirements stated with the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each offer before accepting it.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
The 1883 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. 1883 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity, unavoidable technical disruptions, or the user's internet connection failure during an active gaming session.
1883's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1883 platform — including logos, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 1883 or our licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Where the 1883 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for convenience only. 1883 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1883 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated whenever material changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
